any work. Our quotation will be based on the information you give us so

Pro-forma invoices
are available on request.
If you are posting
tapes to us please make sure they are adequately packaged with plenty
of padding/bubble wrap. Don't send tapes in plastic library cases
- they almost always get broken in the post!
We usually complete
video conversions within 2-3 working days. Return postage for the UK is
via Royal Mail or Fastway Courier.
Failure: In the
unlikely event that we fail to complete the work as per our quotation
we will return your tape(s) and refund your payment less postage and
handling costs.
